We have clients seeing great results both tracking and not tracking; the most important part in all of this is that we create a sustainable approach for you and it really depends where you are in your health and fitness journey too. Bottom line, if you want results, you should be willing to do what it takes to get results and if that means paying more attention to what you eat, I would expect you to do that. This program is not for those who are allergic to hard work and building new skills.

That depends. Health Conditions
Please disclose the details of the medical condition/s and/or injury/injuries on the registration form and speak with your trainer prior to your first session so that we can be adequately prepared. Please also bring your medical clearance with you from your relevant allied health or medical professional.

Program Logistics
On average, setting aside 3-5 years will yield great results. This is only 2-3% of your entire week. If making change is important to you, this should be an easy committment to make.
It can help though it’s not imperative. It’s better to exercise often with less equipment than it is to never exercise at all or only when you have access to a gym if that’s a rare occurrent.
We always have a plan because those who succeed always plan ahead. Please share your travel schedule (even if tentative) so that we can ensure we plan your workouts and nutrition accordingly. Rest assured, you will get results even with frequent travel!
